TOUR DETAILS
ALL PARTICIPANTS are subject to a background check.
Advanced sign-up is required to attend a public tour—walk-ins are not permitted.
Group Size: Our general tours are limited to 12 attendees at a time. If you have more than 12 attendees, we suggest booking multiple visits to accommodate your group.
Schools and Professional Organizations: We recommend contacting our Communications Specialist to go over details, group size, and calendar to best book a custom visit designed to meet your overall goals. Chaperones are required for all student groups.
Age: We recommend our attendees be a minimum of 6 years old.
Length of Tour: Our average tour is between one and a half to two hours and include a brief presentation, tour of our main terminal, followed by a bus tour around the airfield.
Fee: The tour is free of charge.
Expectations: Public tours DO NOT include touring the air traffic control tower or going inside or looking inside any aircraft. We ask all participants to remain with the group at all times and follow staff instructions.
We DO NOT book tours the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Naples Airport cannot guarantee group tour requests will be granted. Requests will be considered based on staff availability, other scheduled events, etc. Tours may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to weather or operational conditions. In these cases you will receive prior notification with an option to reschedule.
Other Items of Note:
- There is a lot of walking, stair climbing, and getting into and out of a touring bus with two entry steps.
- Visitors must stay with their groups at all times. Visitors are not permitted walk around on their own at any point for any reason.
- Visitors must pay attention to their surroundings when walking around and viewing areas of the airport, airfield and tenant places of business.
- For safety reasons, cell phones are asked to be turned off during the tour.
- We recommend sunglasses, comfortable shoes, and sunscreen.
Liability Release: By participating in the tour, all attendees acknowledge the inherent risks associated with visiting an active airport environment.
