State of Florida Required Information

In accordance with Section 403.4115, Florida Statutes, the Naples Airport Authority is required to report the physical presence and any landing, takeoff, stopover, or refueling of aircraft equipped with any part, component, or device that may be used to intentionally emit, inject, release, or disperse air contaminants into the atmosphere for the purpose of affecting temperature, weather, climate, or the intensity of sunlight within the State of Florida. All operators of such aircraft must notify Airport Operations at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival by calling 239-564-1692.
