Taxiway Operation Notice

Recently, it has been observed that aircraft often taxi onto the taxiway before requesting clearance to proceed. This practice can obstruct the entrance to the ramps, causing congestion and hindering the movement of aircraft and service vehicles on the active taxiways.

Both the NAA and Air Traffic Controllers urge pilots to request clearance for taxi from Ground Control before advancing to the movement area boundary line indicated in red on the map. This will facilitate smoother traffic flow and alleviate congestion at the entrance to the GA Ramp.
