Scheduling Optimization and Staffing Analysis
The Naples Airport Authority (NAA) invites the submission of Letters of Interest and Statements of Proposals from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated expertise in Scheduling Optimization and Staffing Analysis to work on a project to evaluate workload demand and recommend staffing and scheduling for the NAA Operations Department. Responses may be submitted via U.S. Mail to 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104. Responses may be submitted via courier service or hand-delivery to 200 Aviation Drive North, Suite 6, Naples, FL 34104. Responses are due on or before September 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST for Scheduling Optimization and Staffing Analysis.
All questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Virginia Bendle, Director of Human Resources, at email@example.com no later than 2:00 PM EST on September 10, 2021. Answers to questions will be posted at https://flynaples.com/doing-business-with-the-authority/open-bids/ in the form of an addendum to this RFP.
Airport staff will evaluate responses to this RFP and short-list no more than four firms for formal presentations and further evaluation by the NAA, if desired. A copy of the Submittal Review Guidelines is attached (Exhibit B). Publication of the short-listed firms will be posted in the form of an addendum to this RFP on our website. Short-listed firm presentations and evaluations by the NAA are tentatively scheduled to occur on the week of October 4, 2021.

The City of Naples Airport Authority reserves the right waive any formalities or irregularities in, or reject any or all proposals, and to award or refrain from awarding any contract for services. The City of Naples Airport Authority is not liable for any costs incurred by the responding parties prior to the issuance of an executed contract or agreement.
