Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFP) – Aviation Fuel Supplier

The City of Naples Airport Authority (“Authority”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals
and Qualifications (“RFP”) from firms that provide aviation fuel and related products to airports within
the State of Florida. Authority is seeking firms whose combination of experience and personnel will
provide timely, cost-effective, and quality professional services.

Responses are due no later than 3:00 pm local time on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

Questions during the solicitation period may be submitted until 5:00 pm, Wednesday, March 15, 2023 to Linda Jackson Best at lbest@flynaples.comAnswers to all questions will be compiled into an addendum and posted above no later than Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Proposers are encouraged to monitor the Naples Website for posting of Addenda up until submittal deadline.

Proposers shall not contact City of Naples Airport Authority employees or agents or City of Naples elected officials to discuss the project.

The NAA reserves the right to waive any formalities, technicalities, or irregularities in; or reject any or all Proposals in part or in whole; or to re-advertise for Proposals and award or refrain from awarding the Contract for the services. All Proposers must be licensed in accordance with Florida Laws. The NAA recognizes fair and open competition as a basic tenet of public procurement. Respondents doing business with the NAA are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, handicap, age, or gender. The NAA has a progressive Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Program in place and encourages Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to participate in its bid process. The NAA adheres to the American with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to Airport services, programs, and activities.
