Fly Safe Fly Quiet Leaderboard Updates

Thank you to the following operators for demonstrating a commitment to being good neighbors and contributing to our community’s quality of life!

The Naples Airport Authority (NAA) has revised and added criteria for the Fly Safe Fly Quiet Leaderboard program that will impact how operators are scored. Effective immediately, the program will be open to all operators—both based and transient—who conduct 50 or more qualifying operations per quarter, an increase from the previous threshold of 25.

Additionally, for piston and turboprop operators, a new perimeter gate has been established, extending approximately 3 nautical miles from each runway end set at 1,000 feet AGL. In alignment with FAA Minimum Safe Altitudes and the airport’s FAA-approved glide slopes, all aircraft, including arriving or departing aircraft, are encouraged to remain above 1,000 feet until they exit the perimeter.
