Naples Aviation Recognized as Top 25 FBO
Naples Aviation has been named by Professional Pilot Magazine as the 8th best independent fixed-base operator (FBO) and the 14th best U.S. FBO out of nearly 3,700 FBOs in the United States. This marks the 9th year in a row that Naples Airport has been recognized as a top 25 FBO in the magazine’s annual Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment (PRASE) survey. Thank you to everyone who voted for Naples Aviation.
The magazine’s PRASE survey is an annual inventory of customer opinions of aviation ground services, from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in 6 categories – Line Team, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Facility, Amenities, Promptness & Efficiency, and Value for Price. Executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, pilots, CEOs and other qualified subscribers to Professional Pilot Magazine are polled once a year to determine the top FBOs.
“We are grateful to our tenants and customers for their support.” said Byron Gray, Director of FBO Services. “Our team works every day to provide a first and lasting impression of excellence for our visitors and returning residents.”
Naples Aviation is the sole FBO at the Naples Airport that provides fuel, parking and other services to private and corporate aircraft and other general aviation operators.
