Invitation to Bid
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Naples Airport Authority (Authority) is seeking bids from reputable companies that provide tree removal services as described in detail in the Project Scope. Responses must also include the attached Bidder Qualifier Form.

BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: Monday, August 9, 2021 at 10:00 am EST
Sealed bids shall be enclosed and secured in an envelope displaying Bidder’s name, address and business license number, and the project title “2021 NORTH ROAD TREE REMOVAL BID”. No other information should be included or written on the outside of the bid envelope. The City of Naples Airport Authority shall not be responsible for unidentified Bids.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at the road entrance to Mosquito Control, 600 North Road, Naples FL 34104 on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 9:00 AM. Written questions can be emailed to email@example.com no later than Tuesday, August 3, 2021 and an addendum answering all questions will be published on August 4, 2021.
PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS SHALL NOT CONTACT ANY CITY OF NAPLES AIRPORT AUTHORITY OFFICIALS OR STAFF REGARDING THIS INVITATION TO BID, OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON LISTED ABOVE.

Respondents doing business with the Authority are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, handicap, age or sex. The Authority has a progressive Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Program in place and encourages Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to participate in its RFP process.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any formalities or irregularities in bids received and to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner’s best interests.
