Notice is hereby given that the Naples Airport Authority (“NAA”) will receive sealed responses at Naples Airport, General Aviation Terminal, Second Floor Reception Desk, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104 on or before 3:00 p.m., August 31, 2022, from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated expertise in HORTICULTURAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES at Naples Airport.

Interested parties are strongly urged to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Tour at 10:00 AM local time, on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at the Naples Airport Authority Pilots Lounge, 250 Aviation Drive, South Naples, FL 34104.

All questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to no later than 5:00 PM local time on Monday, August 22, 2022. Answers to questions will be posted above in the form of an addendum on August 23, 2022. Proposers are encouraged to monitor this Website for posting of Addenda up until submittal deadline.

Proposers shall not contact City of Naples Airport Authority employees or agents or City of Naples elected officials to discuss the project, other than the specified person listed in the ITB.

The Authority recognizes fair and open competition as a basic tenet of public procurement. Respondents doing business with the Authority are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, handicap, age or sex. The Authority has a progressive Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Program in place and encourages Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to participate in its ITB process. The Authority adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable accommodations for access to Airport services, programs and activities. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the best interest of the Authority and is not liable for any costs incurred by the responding parties. All Respondents must be licensed in accordance with Florida Laws.
