INVITATION TO BID – Security Improvements Phase II
Location: City of Naples Airport Authority, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104
Bid Submittal Deadline: The proposals must be received by Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time. Proposals must be submitted in physical form and will not be accepted by email.
Description: The City of Naples Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the Security Improvements – Phase II project.
This project involves the modernization of the Airport’s security infrastructure. The Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, electrical demolition and installation, replacement of the existing access control system, and integration of existing and new security cameras through a new video management system. The scope also includes relocation of select existing security cameras and communication boxes, as well as installation of new intercom systems, access control readers, and security cameras. Bid Alternate 1 includes the installation of additional security cameras and new fiber optic cabling. The complete scope of work is defined in the project plans, bid schedule, and specifications.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit: Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time at the Airport Office Building (AOB), 2nd Floor Conference Room, 200 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL, 34104.
Publication: This notice of the request for proposal is publicly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in Collier County and on the Authority’s website, at least 30 days prior to the established ITB due date.
PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS SHALL NOT CONTACT ANY CITY OF NAPLES AIRPORT AUTHORITY OFFICIALS OR STAFF REGARDING THIS INVITATION TO BID OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON LISTED IN THE ITB.
