Notice of Intended Decision 23-5529 Pilots Lounge Renovations

Bid Opening Location: Naples Airport, 160 Aviation Drive North – 2nd Floor Larson Conference Room, Naples, Florida 34104

Bid Submittal Deadline: Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time

The project includes the renovation of the pilot’s lounge as indicated in the Bid Drawings and Proposal Forms. Renovation of the Exec 1 Hangar Restrooms is included as an alternate bid in the Proposal Forms Total Work will include all associated incidental activities necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.

Interested parties are strongly urged to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Tour at 11:00 AM local time, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Naples Airport, Pilots Lounge, 250 Aviation Drive South, Naples, FL 34104.

All questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to lbest@flynaples.com no later than 5:00 PM local time on Monday, February 27, 2023. Answers to questions will be posted at https://flynaples.com in the form of an addendum on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS SHALL NOT CONTACT ANY NAPLES AIRPORT AUTHORITY OFFICIALS OR STAFF REGARDING THIS INVITATION TO BID, OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON LISTED IN THE ITB.
