Bid Submittal Deadline: The proposals must be received by Friday, July 25, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. Local Time. Proposals must be submitted in physical form and will not be accepted by email.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at our General Aviation Terminal, 160 Aviation Drive N., 2nd Floor Larson Conference Room, Naples, FL 34104, on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM Local Time.
Description: The City of Naples Airport Authority (“Authority”) is soliciting sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the Perimeter Fence Replacement 2025 project. The project includes the removal of existing galvanized chain-link fencing and replacement with a 7-foot-high, black, PVC-coated chain-link fence with barbed wire and a concrete pad. Also included is the installation of new manual swing gates and slide gates, as well as associated incidental activities necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. The project has been broken into a Base Bid and seven (7) Bid Alternates.
