The City of Naples Airport Authority, Florida, hereby publishes a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for FY 2024 through FY 2026 for the Naples Airport, Naples Florida. The proposed overall goal is 11.35% for FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2024 through FY 2026. The methodology used in developing this goal will be available for inspection until September 1, 2023 at the airport offices located at 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples Florida 34104, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM or at the link below. The Authority will accept written comments concerning the goal until September 30, 2023. These goals are established in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26. Written comments may be forwarded to the addresses cited below.

2024-2026 APF Goals and Methodology DBE Plan -DRAFT
The Airport held a DBE webinar on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. on ZOOM.
The webinar included a PowerPoint presentation to let the viewers know why the Naples Airport DBE Goals and Methodologies have been created, the methodologies that have been used in the development of the NAA Goals, and the Goals themselves. An opportunity was given at the end for questions and comments.
