Collier County Sales Tax Update

We want to inform our tenants and customers about an upcoming change regarding the Collier County sales tax, effective January 1st. Please take note of the following important details for a smooth transition:

Financial Procedures Update
On January 1st, the Collier County additional 1% sales tax will sunset. This change will be reflected in your invoices from Naples Aviation and lease charges through RentCafe, for those utilizing the platform. If you have automatic payments set up through Naples Aviation and/or RentCafe, the transition will be seamless.

For tenants using bill pay through their banks, we recommend updating your payment settings to avoid any disruptions.

Rent Payment Reminder
A friendly reminder that rental payments are due on the first of each month. Your cooperation in adhering to this schedule is highly appreciated and contributes to the efficient functioning of our services.

Utilizing RentCafe
For the convenience of T-hangar, tie-down, and ramp parking tenants, we recommend utilizing RentCafe for online payments. The platform offers a user-friendly interface for managing your financial commitments. You can access RentCafe for Naples Airport Authority here.
