Employee of the Quarter: Cole Wright

We are proud to announce Cole Wright as our Employee of the Quarter for FY 2024 Q3. Cole’s journey with NAA began in 2013 in a landscaping position. Through his hard work, dedication to learning, and commitment to safety, he has advanced to the role of Line Service Supervisor.

Cole’s expertise extends beyond line services. He has also been an asset to airport maintenance, particularly in his leadership with airport lighting. As a supervisor, Cole excels in leading and mentoring his team, never hesitating to do what it takes to get the job done.

His dedication was notably demonstrated in May when a fuel spill occurred at Punta Gorda Airport. Cole arrived on-site within 2 hours, professionally representing NAA to assist in managing and mitigating the emergency. James Parish, CEO of Punta Gorda Airport, expressed appreciation for his assistance, saying, “Cole’s expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process, and he worked seamlessly with our team to address the challenges we faced.”

Cole Wright’s commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond make him an invaluable asset to NAA. We are both proud and fortunate to have him as part of our organization. Congratulations, Cole, on this well-deserved recognition!
